Toddlers
Building trusting relationships with teachers and fostering community. They are exploring a world beyond their families, learning to socialize, develop friendships, and create new experiences.
Preschool
An interest based, emergent curriculum with an emphasis on socialization, and a hands-on environment with a variety of materials to build fine motor skills and foster critical thinking.
Pre-K
An interest based, emergent curriculum with an emphasis on an introduction to letters and simple math concepts. This program emphasizes the ability to become problem solvers, and respectful contributors to their classroom community.
What is Play-Based Learning?
Knowing that virtually every aspect of the development of the human brain is shapes by experience, we teach through active learning, cultivating play based experiences that spark the imagination and a sense of wonder.
Children can bake in the mud kitchen, paint in the open art studio, make music, grow nutritious vegetable in the garden, pray as they swing in the glider, design stage performances, and build loose parts into anything their minds can imagine, This is play-based learning, and play is the work if the child.
